Is the same James White who has been persecuted by fanatical Christians for having a dialogue with sheikh Yasir Qadhi?

Muslims actually have a lot of respect for James White, because unlike crazy loons like madman, he doesn’t try to demonize Muslims at every turn.

It is possible for Moslems to loosely accept Jesus’ death as a fulfillment of previous vow of Mary’s mother, that is, her oath to offer one “son” from her lineage (which Mary can’t fulfill). But it gets nothing to do with the Christian version of ransom for the sins of different persons other than Mary’s mother.
It is similar to the story of Abraham who had made a deadly vow – just as story of Jephthah in the Bible – to sacrifice his firstborn sons, both Isaac and Ishmael – so thru his dreams God reminds him again. From Abraham’s legacy a sin of breaking a vow can be atoned by a “ransom” of animal sacrifice, known as Kaffarah.

    Perfect or defected propitiation?
In order to have a fresh start, one doesn’t need a “perfect” propitiation. Story of Ninevites shows that the restraint of imminent punishment is just sufficient enough for being a sign or token of “valid forgiveness”. Ninevites don’t need Jonah to intermediate them in Heaven, nor to sprinkle the bloods for them, nor to pray in Jonah’s name, nor to be saved by Jonah’s name.

Salvific forgiveness directly thru Jehovah alone is the best, perfect, purest, most intimate propitiation.

    Having an inter-mediation means imperfection.

At most, since he still deals under a mortal priesthood using the medium of bloods as purification, Jesus’ propitiation could be the “best of the imperfect” priesthood.

Using a medium of bloods for purification could be considered as the 3rd party “barrier”. As the Bible illustrates that Jehovah can be approached directly and intimately, why would you still employ the 3rd party that separates him from yourself?

The blood by which Jesus cleansed the sins was originally derived from Mary. Doesn’t it mean Mary was also divine, or that the propitiating blood gets tainted by “Mediatrix” of Mary? If so, it is wholly impossible for the human blood to be perfect, let alone to give a perfection.
