Jesus calls on the man to take control of his senses and his actions, Islam just blames the woman and isolates her

Matthew 5 v 27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:

28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

  1. θ says:

“madmanna says: Matthew 5 v28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.”

Jesus mistakenly makes a woman an adulteress unknowingly. “Adultery with her” means that the woman becomes a passive adulteress. Although Jesus doesn’t blame a woman, but she becomes sinful of one deadly sin simply because men’s lustful eyes are starring at her.

  2. madmanna says:

No. The man has misused her.

He could also have looked upon her without lusting.

So she can’t sin through the contingent act of another. In that case she has no part in it.

  3. θ says:

“madmanna says: No. The man has misused her. ”

Exactly. But nonetheless Jesus counts her to adulteress, being sinful of one deadly sin, with or without her consent. Isn’t Gospel so absurd?

“He could also have looked upon her without lusting.”

It is not on her control.
She can’t do anything if a man is starring at her lustfully. According to the absurd Gospel it is the man who determines whether a woman becomes adulteress or not. How absurd.

“So she can’t sin through the contingent act of another. In that case she has no part in it.”

Read what Jesus says: *adultery with her*. Suddenly a woman becomes a partner of man’s adultery, with or without her consent or knowledge.

The text says that he, not the woman, has committed adultery with her in his heart.

Your anti-Gospel bias knows no limits.

It takes two to tango, as one says.

“Your anti-Gospel bias knows no limits.”

Don’t get me wrong, all Moslems have to believe in the Torah of Moses, the Gospel of Jesus and Qur’an of Prophet Muhammad. We take today’s canonical Gospels as Hadith. Not all Gospel is accurate.
Christians give a bad precedent of rejecting many Gospels.
We believe there’s a kind of Arabic Gospel (injil) that early Moslems such as Ibn Ishaq cited and knew, but now it is lost.

“It takes two to tango, as one says.”

    Nonsense.
