More effective than sermons, the website such as jihadwatch is a source for Khawariji school of radicalisation. It presents daily terror news and commentaries to serve as a “stealth justification” for the radicals by providing Hadith, scholar opinions (usually Umnat Salik), and circulating Hadith that specifically condone terrors.
It is as if jihadwath gave a defense for what motivates terrorists, that what they did has Islamic justification (from Khawariji belief).

  2. Rubart Subinsar says:

Robert spencer is a Prophet of Khawarij.

  3. θ says:

Cui Bono, literally “for whose benefit by it?” Khawariji school of thoughts presumed that the violence which the radicals do really has a strong defense and justification which Jihadwatch provided and circulated freely.
By providing the Pro-Khawarij radicalisation sources, the website such as Jihadwatch also indirectly incites a warmongering backlash from the hateful “militaristic” elements in the West, such as Anti-Semitic thugs, to begin using a violence as well against the Western Moslems.

  4. Rubart Subinsar says:

Jihadwatch perhaps serve a process of self-fulfilling. That’s kinda of power of suggestion which is common in prophetic sources. Khawarij people hope so much, maybe dream of that they are those chosen and mentioned by the pastime sources to take over the West.

  5. θ says:

Jihatwatch is playing with people’s life. If the website just hindered the people from the Arabisation, that could be okay (but it is almost unlikely, such as in the radical sermons), but equally it rather attracts attentions, encourages, and emboldens the Khawariji type people to carry out terrors and violence to take life of innocent ones after reading the Jihadwatch’s “devil advocate” game on a justification of terrorism for Khawariji belief.

  6. Rubart Subinsar says:

Usually the Jihadwatch and commenters would turn to the side of Khawarij when the Western politicians turn very much friendly or accommodating toward Islam. They mock them of doing Political Correctness. Herein is the tactics: In order to stop advancement of Islam peacefully, the Jihadwatch pushes and incites the Khawarij to leap more forward with their violence.

  7. θ says:

Jihadwatch knows the rivalry between Moslems and Khawarijis, and it exploits the competition by rather siding with Khawarijis.

  8. Rubart Subinsar says:

Khawarij type people rely so much on the literal texts, and Jihadwatch just perfectly provides what they need as justification and textual defense: Warfare verses, Hadith on martyrs and violence, Umdat Al-Salik, Umar Pact, etc.
Jihatwatch may presume its provision of the Khawarij sources as cynicism, but Khawarij are kinda literalists depended on texts.

  9. θ says:

The blunder which Jihadwatch committed is it wrongly thought that cynicism works for Khawarijis. It didn’t. Jihadwatch uses a frame of thinking of Western thoughts where the violent groups no more exist. No one would follow Hitler’s incitement or Nazis’ doctrine of war or Talmudic violence. But it is different with Khawarijis. They exist and rely heavily on literal texts. And Jihadwatch plays with people’s life and death by providing the Khawarijis the particular texts they need to do violence.
