Ken Temple proves from the Hadith that Islam is a militaristic ideology of conquest and rule

Sahih Muslim (1:33) The Messenger of Allah said: “I have been commanded to fight against people till they testify that there is no god but Allah, that Muhammad is the messenger of Allah, and they establish prayer and pay zakat.”

To be safe, people must profess faith in Allah (the shahada) and follow Islamic practices (the zakat and salat). Violence is thus sanctioned until the victims embrace Muhammad’s religion and become obedient, practicing Muslims.

Sahih Muslim (19:4294) – “When you meet your enemies who are polytheists (which includes Christians), invite them to three courses of action. If they respond to any one of these, you also accept it and withhold yourself from doing them any harm. Invite them to (accept) Islam; if they respond to you, accept it from them and desist from fighting against them … If they refuse to accept Islam, demand from them the Jizya. If they agree to pay, accept it from them and hold off your hands. If they refuse to pay the tax, seek Allah’s help and fight them”

Osama bin Laden echoes this order from his prophet: “Does Islam, or does it not, force people by the power of the sword to submit to its authority corporeally if not spiritually? Yes. There are only three choices in Islam … . Either submit, or live under the suzerainty of Islam, or die.” (source: The al-Qaeda Reader p. 19-20)

Sahih Bukhari (8:387) – “Allah’s Apostle said, ‘I have been ordered to fight the people till they say: ‘None has the right to be worshipped but Allah.’ And if they say so, pray like our prayers, face our Qibla and slaughter as we slaughter, then their blood and property will be sacred to us and we will not interfere with them except legally and their reckoning will be with Allah.’”

Sahih Bukhari (53:392) – “While we were in the Mosque, the Prophet came out and said, “Let us go to the Jews” We went out till we reached Bait-ul-Midras. He said to them, “If you embrace Islam, you will be safe. You should know that the earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle, and I want to expel you from this land. So, if anyone amongst you owns some property, he is permitted to sell it, otherwise you should know that the Earth belongs to Allah and His Apostle.”

Sahih Bukhari (2:24) – “Allah’s Apostle said: “I have been ordered (by Allah) to fight against the people until they testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah and that Muhammad is Allah’s Apostle, and offer the prayers perfectly and give the obligatory charity, so if they perform a that, then they save their lives and property from me except for Islamic laws and then their reckoning (accounts) will be done by Allah.”

Sahih Bukhari (60:80) – “The Verse:–‘You (true Muslims) are the best of peoples ever raised up for mankind.’ means, the best of peoples for the people, as you bring them with chains on their necks till they embrace Islam.”

Sahih Bukhari (60:40) – “…:And fight them till there is no more affliction (i.e. no more worshiping of others along with Allah).”

‘Affliction’ (fitneh – فتنه = chaos, turmoil, confusion, rebellion, mutiny) of Muslims is defined here as a condition in which others worship a different god other than Allah. Muslims are commanded to use violence to ‘rectify’ the situation.

Sahih Bukhari (59:643) – “Testify that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, or else I will chop off your neck!”

Words of a military leader who Muhammad sent on an expedition with the mission of destroying a local religion in Yemen.

    Hadith can be like a jungle full of traps, quicksands, and swamps for easy radicalisation (usually for a newly convert male who gets pressured to “prove” himself before other ordinary Moslems) if one doesn’t check one Hadith with other Hadith.

    First. Definition of terrors.
    In Qur’an, terror means a military means, from horses, swords, guns, tanks, jets, missiles, even nukes. By such definition, the West is the most terrorist group on the planet.
    Q.8, v.60 And make ready against them all you can of power, including steeds of war to terrorise the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others besides whom, you may not know but whom Allaah does know.

    Next. Definition of prescription and description.
    Prophet Muhammad may describe a permission to use terrors as his *personal* option in limited scope, but he never prescribes it for others Moslems. In fact, he prescriptively mentions “You are not a dictator over them”.
    Jami` at-Tirmidhi, The Book on Tafsir, Vol. 5, Book 44, Hadith 3341.
    Jabir narrated that : The Messenger of Allah said: I have been ordered to fight the people until they say: ‘La ilaha illallah’. So when they say that, their blood and their wealth are safe from me, except for a right, and their reckoning is for Allah. Then he recited: So remind them – you are only one who reminds. You are not a dictator over them (Q.88, v.21-22).

    Prophet Muhammad himself ever forbids all Moslems from trying to follow his personal opinion if it may suggest any dismissal or an undermining of Allah’s Scriptures. i.e. Qur’an, the Torah’s Law, the Gospel’s Law, even to maintain purity and supremacy of Scripture he dismisses his personal opinion for any consideration of complementary, temporal apology or exceptional excuse.
    There’s no Mohametan cultism.
    Muslim, Book 30, Hadith 5830
    Musa b. Talha reported: Allah’s Messenger said: If there is any use of it, then they should do it, for it was just a personal opinion of mine, and do not go after my personal opinion; but when I say to you anything on behalf of Allah, then do accept it, for I do not attribute lie to Allah, the Exalted and Glorious.

    In other words, Prophet Muhammad clearly puts a limit or “Red Line” on his honorific title “Uswa Hasana”, that is it can’t include his personal opinions which contrasted the contents and wisdom of Scriptures.

    Moreover, Prophet Muhammad was really soft towards Jews, even according to an ancient standard of 7th century Arab’s warfare.

    – Prophet Muhammad just spared the lives of 2 tribes Banu Nader and Banu Qanuyqa by banishing them alive, in accordance to the expulsion option in Q.5, v.33 and Q.2, v.191. It is worth noting that on those Jewish tribes, actually Q.2, v.191 gives two options: Killing *and* banishing, yet Prophet Muhammad just chooses one option: banishment.

    Logically, one can’t banish his enemies after he killed them.

    If the Prophet had really implemented Q.2, v.191 literally (And slay them wherever ye find them) in Madinah, then both Banu Nader and Banu Qanuyqa would not have survived.
    If the Prophet had really implemented Q.2, v.193 literally (And slay them until Fitnah ends) in order to end a societal Fitna (rebellion) in Madinah, then both Banu Nader and Banu Qanuyqa would not have survived.

    Moreover, Fitnah can’t be defined as an absolute absence of the Jewish Mu’ahid and the Christian Dhimmis among Moslems under Shari’ah, because due to difference of their religions, they are spared alive to pay Jizya.

    – Prophet Muhammad simply spared the lives of the remnants of Khaybar Jews by allowing them to stay around Arabia region with a pragmatism of economic compensation, similar to Jizya.

    If he had really implemented Q.2, v.193 literally (And slay them until Fitnah ends), those Khaybar Jews wouldn’t have survived, even overnight, around Arabia till the Medieval times.

    – Even though he was in a military offensive (Battle of Tabouk), yet Prophet Muhammad didn’t slay the Christian monks at time when he met them in Sinai. Rather, he made a Peace treaty with them.

    If he had really implemented Q.2, v.193 literally (And slay them until Fitnah ends), those Christian monks would not have lived anymore.

    – After he gave amnesty and forgiveness to all Makkahs while becoming a leader of both cities of Makkah and Madinah, Prophet Muhammad didn’t slay three Najran’s priests and their delegations at time when he met them in Madinah for a religious debate on theology.
    If he had really implemented Q.2, v.1913 literally (And slay them wherever until Fitnah ends), those Christian debaters would not have lived anymore.
