Contradictions and Anomalies in Islam # 3, Allah’s Face could turn in all possible directions until one day when Allah always had his back to the Kaaba

2:115

To Allah belongs the East and the West. So whichever way you turn ( while praying ) there is Allah’s Face. Indeed Allah is Omnipresent and Omniscient.

becomes:

2:144

Surely, We see your face turned towards heaven ( yearning for guidance through revelation ). We shall turn you towards a Qibla that will please you. Turn your face then towards the Sacred Mosque ( the Sacred Mosque of Mecca, the Kaaba ); and wherever you are turn your faces towards it. Those who were given the Book ( the Jews and Christians ) certainly know this to be the Truth from their Lord. Allah is not unaware of what they do.

  1. θ says:

Where does Q.2, v.144 tell that Allah’s “face” is of Ka’bah?
Where does Q.2, v.115 talk about prayer or even at least in the context of rituals?

In fact, Q.2, v.144 tells about our Moslem’s face directing toward Ka’bah, not Allah’s face.
In fact, Q.2, v.115 tells about the turning back or veiling of the living creations. Why? none can stand alive of gazing Allah’s glorious face in this world. Moses was falling to the unconsciousness when trying to see Allah’s face, while the mount turns to the dust.
