Allah prescribes flogging as punishment for adultery in the Koran. Mohammed overrules Allah in the Hadith and decrees stoning as punishment for adultery. A god who is overruled by a mere mortal cannot be the true and eternal living God

  1. θ says:

Flogging for two unmarried fornicators in Qur’an is a replacement of the unjust one-sided fine by male fornicator – whereas unmarred girl just goes unpunished – in the Bible.

Stoning for the married adulterer follows the same religious imposition of male circumcision, minor betrothal, 2.5% for tithing (1/40 charity of a Heave offering or Terumah), unclean animals (other than swine), et cetera in Islam. They all are not prescribed by Qur’an but derived from the Bible to Hadith.

  2. madmanna says:

Doesn’t say unmarried in the Quran.
Allah was corrected by the bible. Mohammed acknowledged that the bible was the truth, not the Quran.

  3. θ says:

A stoning punishment doesn’t appear in Qur’an simply because in Islam any married fornicator is practically considered as either person of mentally-ill, or demon-possessed, or bewitched one, even as permissible as one claiming to be a “divorced” person by own choice – on reasoning that any woman and man have the equal freedom and right to dissolve marriage anytime – for woman it is Khula and for man Talaq, regardless formalities of administrative procedures by the Islamic courts coming afterward.

Importantly, in Islam – beside verbal divorcement – marriage can get dissolved by one’s action, namely zihar (insulting wife’s status with an incest), apostasy, castrating own sexual organ, leaving away without returning. One’s existing contract of marriage turns automatically void, null and invalid whenever he or she consented (even by silence of woman) to have the illicit sex.

Nevertheless, each man and woman, either married or unmarried, can’t avoid any inevitable exposure of the lustful sins and libidos by sighting, imagination, talking, and hearing.

Qur’an just imposes a flogging on two fornicators on purpose to spare their life and the Shari’ah law may give them a chance to be defiled on bed by the idolaters, per Q.24, v.3. Such a dead, bleeding, stoned adulteress doesn’t have any chance to feel a sensation of being rectalised by a pervert heathen male or a dirty liberal atheist, right?
