The One who is coming quickly is the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. This is Jesus who is therefore Jehovah

Revelation 22 v 7 Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.

9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.

10 And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand.

11 He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Whom is the word “I” above designated for?
    – John?
Revelation 22:8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.

    – angel?
Revelation 22:9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.

    (i) The Lamb is not Almighty.
It is inherent in ontological sense for the Father to have the supreme title “Almighty”, alongside two titles “Alpha” and “Omega” (Rev 1:8).
Now, it is perfectly reasonable that in Rev 21:22 the Lamb is clearly excluded or totally differentiated from the Lord God Almighty, hence since Jesus is not Almighty he is not either Alpha nor Omega.
    Rev 1:8
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

    Rev 21:22
And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it.

(ii) Almighty vs. dead sometime in the between.
Two titles of Alpha and Omega are always correlated with the first (beginning) and the last (ending), but with a uniqueness that both Alpha and Omega are unceasing or uninterruptible attribute.
The Father is the only Almighty being in the first, i.e. Alpha.
The Father is also the Almighty in the last, i.e. Omega.
On other hand, Jesus was dead in the between, he was dead once sometime after the first and before the last, hence he can’t be Alpha and Omega.
    Rev 2:8
    And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive;

Almighty means peerless. Only the Father is the absolute one who has no greater person above him.
The Lamb has one person greater than and above him, i.e. the Father, to whom the Lamb worships, prays, and learns a lot (as his learning process) how to do the miraculous works, hence the Lamb is not Almighty, but the Father is.
