The Muslim Male has no restriction imposed on him with regard to marriage

  1. 2.236] There is no blame on you if you divorce women when you have not touched them or appointed for them a portion, and make provision for them, the wealthy according to his means and the straitened in circumstances according to his means, a provision according to usage; (this is) a duty on the doers of good (to others).
  1. [2.237] And if you divorce them before you have touched them and you have appointed for them a portion, then (pay to them) ha!f of what you have appointed, unless they relinquish or he should relinquish in whose hand is the marriage tie; and it is nearer to righteousness that you should relinquish; and do not neglect the giving of free gifts between you; surely Allah sees what you do.

[65.4] And (as for) those of your women who have despaired of menstruation, if you have a doubt, their prescribed time shall be three months, and of those too who have not had their courses; and (as for) the pregnant women, their prescribed time is that they lay down their burden; and whoever is careful of (his duty to) Allah He will make easy for him his affair.

  1. [2.223] Your wives are a tilth for you, so go into your tilth when you like, and do good beforehand for yourselves, and be careful (of your duty) to Allah, and know that you will meet Him, and give good news to the believers.

The Family of Imran

  1. [3.14] The love of desires, of women and sons and hoarded treasures of gold and silver and well bred horses and cattle and tilth, is made to seem fair to men; this is the provision of the life of this world; and Allah is He with Whom is the good goal (of life).

From these scriptures it is obvious that under Sharia once a man has made a contract to marry a female and paid her dowry he has all rights over her irrespective of her age or stage of sexual development.

He decides when he will consummate the marriage. He decides when he will divorce his wife, should he choose to do so. The time that he must wait before he can evict his wife if he divorces her is the same for those wives who have reached the menopause as for those who are pre-pubescent:

And (as for) those of your women who have despaired of menstruation, if you have a doubt, their prescribed time shall be three months, and of those too who have not had their courses;

Allah has been generous in granting the muslim male absolute power over females regardless of their condition.

    “madmanna says: Your wives are a tilth for you, so go into your tilth when you like”

    The Arabic word “harth” (without the prefix al-) just means growth, outgrowth, outcome, revenue, yield, result. A word for the tilth is for Alharath, as Q.3, v.14 which is made totally different from women at the same verse.

    Harth means growth.
    Q.42, v.20. Whosoever seeks revenue (growth) of the Hereafter We shall add to his revenue (growth). And whosoever seeks outcome (yield) of the world We shall give him a piece of it and he shall have no share whatsoever in the Hereafter.

    In Islamic wisdom, woman is man’s cloth, man is woman’s cloth in the sense of daily togetherness, personal attachment, as soul friendship, for physical warmth, even as protective shield or covering from loneliness and shame.
    Q.2, v.187. It is permissible for ye at night of the fasting to have the affection toward your wives. They are clothing for ye and you are clothing for them.

    Jeremiah 49:4 tells of a woman’s pride in her “valley” (referring to the cleft part between two buttcheeks) and entices her lover to ejaculate against her fattened backside: How boastful you are about the valleys! O backsliding daughter who trusts in her treasures, saying, Who will come against me? (Jeremiah 49:4)

    Lamentations 2:10 describes how “The virgins of Jerusalem have bowed their heads to the ground,” indicating how a virginal maidens should position themselves.
