Anachronism is usually when the modern is imposed upon the ancient. The modern is out of place in an ancient narrative. This sometimes happens the other way round. The ancient becomes out of place in the modern setting. In the Koran for example, which is supposed to be the timeless and eternal words of God.
In the bible we are told briefly, succinctly, concisely and truthfully how man was made by God:
Genesis 2 v 7:
7 And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
In the Koran we have many conflicting statements about how man was created. It seems that the writer was trying to impress the pagans of his day with his knowledge. This backfires on the writer but he doesn’t know it at that time because he is ignorant of any scientific knowledge in his day pertaining to the origins of life:
[6.2] He it is Who created you from clay, then He decreed a term; and there is a term named with Him; still you doubt.
[15.26] And certainly We created man of clay that gives forth sound, of black mud fashioned in shape.
[15.27] And the jinn We created before, of intensely hot fire.
[15.28] And when your Lord said to the angels: Surely I am going to create a mortal of the essence of black mud fashioned in shape.
[15.33] He said: I am not such that I should make obeisance to a mortal whom Thou hast created of the essence of black mud fashioned in shape.
[22.5] O people! if you are in doubt about the raising, then surely We created you from dust, then from a small seed, then from a clot, then from a lump of flesh, complete in make and incomplete, that We may make clear to you; and We cause what We please to stay in the wombs till an appointed time, then We bring you forth as babies, then that you may attain your maturity; and of you is he who is caused to die, and of you is he who is brought back to the worst part of life, so that after having knowledge he does not know anything; and you see the earth sterile land, but when We send down on it the water, it stirs and swells and brings forth of every kind a beautiful herbage.
[55.14] He created man from dry clay like earthen vessels, (some translations, like bricks )
To form from dry or hard clay is an oxymoron. We know that nothing can be formed from hard clay.
Anyone who has seen a video recording how the life of a child develops in the womb knows that this is all nonsense. We see that the descriptions of creation of human life found in the Koran are anachronistic in the modern world. This proves that the Koran and Islam is not from the one true God who created all things.
