Accoding to Sharia the Random Retaliation Replacement must have the same gender and status as the one who was killed except if a Muslim kills a non-Muslim. The rich can bribe the victim’s family for a miscarriage of justice

  1. 178] O you who believe! retaliation is prescribed for you in the matter of the slain, the free for the free, and the slave for the slave, and the female for the female, but if any remission is made to any one by his (aggrieved) brother, then prosecution (for the bloodwit) should be made according to usage, and payment should be made to him in a good manner; this is an alleviation from your Lord and a mercy; so whoever exceeds the limit after this he shall have a painful chastisement.

We see that Sharia is against the law of Moses which forbids the replacement of the perpetrator with another from the same tribe or family who bears the punishment in his place. Also the murderer must die regardless of his religious beliefs or the willingness of the victim’s family to receive compensation in the form of money. God himself must also receive compensation for the destruction of the life that he has created, for the destruction of his image in that person’s life.

Amaziah’s Good Reign in Judah

(2 Chronicles 25:1-4)

1 In the second year of Joash son of Jehoahaz king of Israel reigned Amaziah the son of Joash king of Judah. 2 He was twenty and five years old when he began to reign, and reigned twenty and nine years in Jerusalem. And his mother’s name was Jehoaddan of Jerusalem. 3 And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, yet not like David his father: he did according to all things as Joash his father did. 4 Howbeit the high places were not taken away: as yet the people did sacrifice and burnt incense on the high places. 5 And it came to pass, as soon as the kingdom was confirmed in his hand, that he slew his servants which had slain the king his father. 6 But the children of the murderers he slew not: according unto that which is written in the book of the law of Moses, wherein the LORD commanded, saying, The fathers shall not be put to death for the children, nor the children be put to death for the fathers; but every man shall be put to death for his own sin.

  1. θ says:

Moslems consider Non-Moslems as the Jewish unborn child.
    Exo 21:22
If men strive, and hurt a woman with child, so that her fruit depart from her, and yet no mischief follow: he shall be surely punished, according as the woman’s husband will lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.

Should the owners of ox be put to death for one man’s death killed by bad ox? What if the ox is owned by a group of men, should they all be put to death, or just one of them after being selected by the lot?
Exo 21: 29 But if the ox has been accustomed to gore in the past, and its owner has been warned but has not kept it in, and it kills a man or a woman, the ox shall be stoned, and its owner also shall be put to death.
